Role :
- Works with assigned strategic planning and be business partner.
- Main contact placements and educate hiring process to all assigned Managers.
- Initiate, review and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Provide leadership to the Company’s learning and development initiatives by putting together a strategy for ongoing development of talent.
Requirements :
- HR practices of hands-on experience all areas of HR manufacturing environment at least 5-6 years experiences.
- Dynamic and strong passion for HR management
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, driven and an effective team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Have records of developing people, with an ever-increasing standard of performance.
- Excellent in English communication and Computer software e.g. Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point) and Internet.
- Willing and able to work at SARABURI plant.
