Role :-
- Works with assigned strategic planning and be business partner.
- Main contact placements and educate hiring process to all assigned Managers.
- Initiate, review and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Provide leadership to the Company's learning and development initiatives by putting together a strategy for ongoing development of talent.
Requirement :-
- HR practices of hands-on experience all areas of HR manufacturing environment.
- Dynamic and strong passion for HR Management
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, driven and an effective team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Have records of developing people, with an ever-increasing standard of performance.
